RETURN & REFUND

At PureFlowTape , we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.   • Our return policy is applicable to all products purchased directly from website https://www.pureflowtape.com.
  • Kindly ensure that cancellations are communicated via email before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center. After that we'll be unable to cancel your order.
  • To initiate a return, please begin the process within 5 days of receiving your order. However, please refrain from shipping your return until you have contacted customer support and received their approval. Once approved by our team, your refund will settled in your bank account within 7-10 business days. 
  • If your item has arrived damaged or broken in such a manner which renders it unusable please reach out to us with reasonable proof, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement. We will require photographic evidence or further information to assess the issue. Once approved by our team, your refund will settled in your bank account within 7-10 business days. 
  • Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping and restocking fee.

  • Returned item should be sealed, if the return item is opened/used we will not accept it.

  • We do not accept return of partial orders.
  • We may request that you provide a photo of your return. This assists us in refining our product offerings.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Kindly allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed upon approval.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds are processed through UPI.
  • During periods of heightened order volume, please consider possible delivery delays. Items may arrive significantly later than anticipated.

 

WARRANTY

PureFlow Deep Sleep Pillow is covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including issues related to materials or workmanship under normal use.

What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or neglect

  • Damage due to unauthorized modifications, improper washing, or use not in accordance with product instructions

  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect product functionality

Warranty claim process
To claim warranty:

  1. The customer must contact our support team with valid proof of purchase.

  2. The product must be shipped by the customer to our address for inspection.

    • Shipping costs to send the product to us will be borne by the customer.

  3. Once received, the product will be inspected by our team to verify the manufacturing defect.

Resolution
If the claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent item.

If the claim is not approved, the product will be returned as-is.

Additional notes

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

  • Warranty is non-transferable.

  • Our decision after inspection will be final.
