Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Subscription Terms

PUREFLOWTAPE may offer subscription-based purchases for selected products, allowing customers to receive products on a recurring basis as per the subscription plan, pack size, billing frequency, and delivery details selected at the time of purchase.

By starting a subscription, you authorize PUREFLOWTAPE and/or its payment partners to automatically charge your selected payment method on each renewal date, unless the subscription is cancelled before the applicable cancellation deadline. The renewal amount, billing frequency, and subscription details will be based on the plan selected by you at the time of subscribing or as updated by you later, where applicable.

Once the renewal payment is successfully processed, the corresponding order will be created and shipped within 1 working day, subject to payment confirmation, product availability, delivery serviceability, and any operational delays beyond our reasonable control.

Customers may cancel their subscription up to 4 working days before the renewal date. To cancel a subscription, customers can go to WhatsApp, select the Subscription toggle, and then choose Cancel Subscription. Cancellation requests made less than 4 working days before the renewal date may not apply to the upcoming renewal order and may take effect from the next billing cycle.

Once a subscription renewal payment has been processed and the order has been shipped, the order will be treated as a confirmed order and will be subject to our standard shipping, return, refund, and cancellation policies, as applicable.

PUREFLOWTAPE reserves the right to pause, cancel, modify, or refuse any subscription in cases including but not limited to payment failure, incorrect customer details, product unavailability, suspected misuse, serviceability issues, or operational constraints.

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
